Fundraisers are easy to set up, fun to attend, and stocked with delicious South Winchester BBQ for everyone to enjoy. OUTSTANDING STUDENT AWARD

At South Winchester Barbeque, we believe in celebrating the achievements of our young community scholars, which is why we’re thrilled to introduce the “Outstanding Student Award” program! We’ve created a special certificate to recognize the hard work and dedication of students, a token that teachers can award to their shining stars. This reward entitles the recipient to a complimentary kid’s meal and drink as a pat on the back for their outstanding efforts in school. It’s our way of contributing to a positive learning environment and encouraging students to keep up the great work. Teachers in the area, join us in nurturing young minds and rewarding success with a taste of BBQ—it’s our recipe for a stronger community!

  • Q: How does it work?

    Together we’ll settle on a date for the fundraiser and put it on our calendars. A flyer with the event information will be provided for you to copy and distribute to your local supporters either directly or through social media, web, and email distribution.

  • Q: Is my group eligible?

    We hold fundraiser events for 501(c) charitable organizations, non-profit schools, and groups in our community. If you are unsure if your group qualifies, please fill out the inquiry form below and we will contact you!

  • Q: How do you track sales of the fundraiser?

    In order for a sale to count towards your fundraiser, a flyer must be presented when the order is placed. We accept a printed or digital copy of the flyer in-person, and the flyer’s online code can be used to place orders online. At the end of the fundraiser, we’ll track all orders and donate 15% of the total sales back to your organization!
